Tom Bourdon enters his second season as the head athletic trainer for the Springfield Falcons.
Bourdon was the Lewiston MAINEiacs head athletic therapist and equipment manager for the 2009-10 season, a role he also held for five seasons from 2003 to 2008.
Bourdon spent the 2008-09 season as the head athletic therapist for the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League. In addition, he assisted in training duties during the Boston Bruins training camp.
Bourdon, a native of Adams, Massachusetts, graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a concentration in sports medicine. From 2001-2003 Bourdon was a Certified Athletic Trainer with HealthSouth in Portland.
